Over the past 5 years, the growth of the Latin American market for Hermes has shown exponential growth. The increasing presence of our brand in a region with sensitive countries naturally leads us to strengthen our procedures and the control of our operations. With this in mind, we are looking to reinforce our internal control teams.

The candidate will be part of the Internal Control Department of the LATAM region and will provide support to retail operations (12 stores), e-commerce (2 platforms) and corporate functions in order to operate in conformity with Group rules and laws.

His/her mission will mainly focus on the following areas:

  • Store audits: define a store audit calendar with ICO Manager and participate/conduct these audits, issuing critical observations and recommendations on store procedure compliance.
  • Group Internal Audit Follow-up: Between November 2025 and April 2026, the 3 Latam subsidiaries (Mexico, Brazil and Argentina) will be audited by the Group. In collaboration with each entity, ensure that the audit board is followed up and based on auditors' recommendations, actions are implemented.
  • Process Review: under the supervision of the IC manager, participate to the region procedure review including drafting, implementation and training (ex: ethics and compliance, data protection, store procedures, BCP, Purchase policy…)

  • Second-level Controls include but not limited to:

  • Retail recurring reviews on activities and processes (sales and stock) including My Store Control formalization

  • E-commerce recurring reviews on activities and processes
  • Assessment of compliance on policies and procedures such as T&Es
  • Accounting and Treasury controls
  • HR and employee benefits

  • IT accesses

  • Support on Chic Campaigns (self-assessment on Group procedures)

  • Anti-corruption and Data Protection program support in collaboration with Group Legal Compliance Director and DPO.
  • Sanction Checks (Refinitiv tool)
  • Parallel Market Monitoring: perform training, ad-hoc analysis and investigation on identified cases
  • Ad-hoc projects supervised by the IC Manager

Obs: Occasional trips within the region are to be expected.

Profile:

  • Languages:

  • Fluent professional English

  • Fluent Spanish or Portuguese

  • Recent graduate

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Active listening, diplomacy, pedagogy and easy interacting with people
  • Agility, curiosity, adaptability, operational mindset and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work in a team
