Job Description:
Amazon Brazil seeks an experienced Program Manager to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in global operations and lead transformational initiatives for our cross-border fulfillment network. This strategic role will architect and implement complex operational solutions for Out of Country (OOC Global Mile) and Seller operations, while establishing best practices and operational frameworks for the Brazilian market.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical authority and SME for global operations initiatives

• Architect end-to-end operational solutions for cross-border fulfillment programs

• Define technical and operational standards for international logistics integration

• Lead strategic planning and execution of complex multi-year programs

• Develop scalable operational frameworks that can be replicated across markets

Strategic Leadership:

• Drive operational excellence through technical innovation and process optimization

• Establish governance models for international operations programs

• Provide thought leadership in cross-border logistics and fulfillment solutions

• Mentor program managers and operations teams

• Influence senior leadership on strategic operational decisions

Key Deliverables:

• Design and implement technical solutions for cross-border operations

• Develop operational blueprints for international program scaling

• Create technical specifications for systems integration

• Establish operational excellence frameworks

• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation

• Drive operational innovation and excellence

This principal-level position offers the opportunity to be the technical authority in shaping Amazon's global operations capabilities in Brazil. You'll combine deep subject matter expertise with strategic leadership to transform how we handle Out of country operations, while establishing standards and best practices that can be scaled globally.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking

- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
