Some details about your department

The Advertising Department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients' businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients' Customer Journeys. Our DNA is to rely on innovation and technology to be efficient with our clients' investments, and to know how to direct messages to potential users at the right place and at the right time. Measurement is key, because it allows us to reach our clients' business data.

What we'd like you to do

• Advise major national and international clients on social media strategy, driving efficiency through process improvement and technology implementation.
• Aware about Making Science IA products and solutions in order to identify business opportunities  
• Create, manage and track social Ads campaigns on principal Social Networks as Meta and TikTok and Manage Business Manager and other platforms in depth and develop comprehensive strategies across several social media platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Linkedin and X. 
• In charge of complex campaign optimization. Management of invoicing of clients and platforms involved. 
• Analyze user data to identify opportunities for new products/services and looking into upsell and cross selling opportunities 
• Develop and implement innovative social media solutions that drive revenue and maximize platform capabilities.

What we'd like you to bring

• Portuguese native speaker. 
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is mandatory.
• Fluent in Spanish both written and spoken is nice to have.
• We are looking for someone who's proactive and eager to learn, and has the capacity to adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude. 
• You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects with many simultaneous requests.
• Communication and client management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach to tackling challenges
• You have previous experience overseeing execution of Social Platforms such as Meta, X , Instagram, Linkedin and similar. 
• Experience working across different markets is a plus. 
• Proactive, willing to learn and generate results in a few weeks, ability to adapt to new challenges and a positive attitude.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or master will be ideal
