Job Description

  • Ser o ponto de contato dos clientes e fornecedores e assumir a responsabilidade de coordenar toda a comunicação nos projetos que for designado, incluindo comunicação com todos os departamentos envolvidos;
  • Planejar as atividades do projeto incluindo identificação do escopo e criação do Plano de Projeto;
  • Preparar estimativas de custo e gerenciar os recursos atribuídos aos projetos em todas as fases;
  • Realizar estudos de orçamento e cronograma para fundamentar as propostas técnicas e comerciais;
  • Fazer análise através de indicadores para identificar possíveis melhorias nos projetos a fim de assegurar que os custos e margens brutas sejam alcançadas;
  • Interagir com as partes interessadas de cada projeto e reportar o progresso das atividades, compartilhando conhecimentos e informações para garantir que os problemas sejam identificados prontamente e devidamente documentados;
  • Revisar o cronograma geral do projeto a partir das informações e problemas registrados;
  • Criar registro das lições aprendidas em cada projeto;
  • Garantir a finalização do projeto com as devidas documentações emitidas, custos alocados corretamente e enviar comunicação sobre a conclusão do projeto;
  • Preparar propostas comerciais cobrindo escopo de gerenciamento de projetos;
  • Cumprir com todas as políticas e procedimentos da companhia estabelecidos pelo Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade e SMS;
  • Executar outras tarefas relacionadas com a função que lhe for atribuída;
  • Buscar a melhoria contínua nas suas atividades e operações.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente (será testado);
  • Forte Conhecimento no Pacote Office da Microsoft em especial MS Project, Excel, Word e PowerPoint;
  • Experiência no mercado de O&G.
