The position requires Team up with HSPS global Sales Administration department as well as work closely with relevant departments at the Head Office in Europe.

English proficiency is mandatory.Avanti is part of the Alimak Group, a world leading specialist in vertical solutions.

Our Sales Engineer will be working in the Wind Division Brazil based in Eusébio/Ceará, covering exclusively Alimak HSPS Division products and services.

  • For more information about our HSPS Division, please go to o PapelThe Sales engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling solutions, products, and services in Height, Safety & productivity Solutions across Brazil.Attend to assigned clients in the corresponding areaProspect and acquire new clientsOpen new sales channelsPromote and expand the full range of the Company's products within Brazilian market, adapting the product offering to the characteristics of each customerAccompany clients' salespeople when selling to the end user, if requiredVisit end users in the area when deemed commercially appropriateVisit local specifiers to promote product salesImplement and carry out training activities for clients and users to improve their knowledge of the Company's productsParticipate in internal sales meetings and kick offsAttend trade fairs when requiredPrepare sales forecasts by product and recommend stock levelsPropose pricing rates to management that align with the market and company guidelinesDevelop the service offering for corporate productsCarry out collection activities in coordination with the company's administrationUniversity degree in Engineering preferably mechanical Engineering.Technical studies (e.g., Electromechanical Professional Training, Technical Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics-Electrics) will be a plusComplementary studies/Knowledge in Administration, Marketing, and Sales are requiredBasic logistics knowledge of import/export as well as local invoicing regulationsExperience in the lifting, handling, and traction equipment sales sectorExperience in the industrial supply sectorExperience in the sale of personal protective equipment (PPE ´s) for working at heights is a plusValid driver's licenseEnglish is a must; Spanish, French and/or German is a plusCandidates must be based in Fortaleza or Fortaleza ´s metropolitan areaCommercial profileFull availability to travel extensively within the assigned areaExcellent communication skills and network ability with clients and partnersExcellent Portuguese both oral and writtenEnglish Fluency both oral and writtenTeamwork and collaboration spiritHighly organized with strong attention to detailTechnical knowledge: able to identify and sale technical solutions (customer focused)Driven by challenges and continuous developmentPrevious commercial experience in personal protective equipment (PPE ´s) and/or other solutions related to HSPS Division (working at heights) is desirable.We want to meet you
