Product Manager | Japan

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven
Product Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our products in Japan. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging customer needs, business goals, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver successful products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs and feedback into product features and improvements.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Track KPIs, analyze product performance, and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare reports and updates for leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 4–7 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product development, UX/UI, and agile methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Business-level English required; Japanese proficiency preferred.
