As a Sr. Software Engineer on the QA Automation Tools team, you will drive initiatives that enable our QA and Product teams to move faster and with greater confidence. You'll determine the right technologies and architect scalable solutions that contribute to a comprehensive quality coverage strategy and track against key performance metrics. You'll engage in a regular feedback cycle to ensure we're building what the team really needs.  You will leverage your expertise to lead other engineers tasked with tackling larger project demands.

• Create tools that enhance efficiency and productivity for QA and Development operations, such as designing and deploying bots for stress testing.
• Integrate ongoing quality efforts throughout the development process, including build pipelines, automation frameworks, performance metrics, and other internal tooling.
• Establish implementation best practices for the team, ensuring code is optimized for performance and scalability across various environments and project demands.
• Participate in defining the overall Fortis QA advanced test strategy for all projects.

• Experience programming in C# and at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of Unity and Unity-specific tooling for game development
• Experience building game bots or AI systems
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3, EC2, and messaging services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity), including integration with QA automation frameworks
• Experience designing and building internal development tools
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery
• Leadership skills, including providing technical direction and mentoring junior engineers
