Our team (Growth) sits at the intersection of marketing and product, driving initiatives that will impact the online self-serve funnel, from acquisition to activation and retention.

We're looking for a full-stack Growth Marketing Specialist responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads and trial signups through organic and paid web channels. You'll support and drive end-to-end initiatives across website optimization, SEO, and AEO, ensuring our PLG self-serve funnel continuously improves. This data driven role requires creative thinking with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital acquisition levers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and drive PLG acquisition and monetization programs across:

• • Drive end-to-end SEO and AEO initiatives, from keyword research to SERP optimization, to increase visibility, leads, and trial conversion.

  • Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery surfaces (e.g., featured snippets, People Also Ask, and LLM-based answer engines).

  • Monitor algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends to proactively evolve strategy.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, Development, and external agencies to scale impact.

  • Partner with Design and Engineering to run site audits, improve UX, and increase conversion rates on key pages.

  • Write and optimize conversion-focused website and landing page copy aligned to brand voice and user intent.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests to improve trial and funnel conversion.

  • Collaborate with the Paid team to support campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.

  • Test and optimize paid landing pages using CRO best practices.

  • Share learnings from paid experiments to inform organic strategy, messaging, and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Partner with program and lifecycle teams to support email journeys across lead nurture, trial engagement, and free-to-paid flows.

  • Assist with building, QA, and optimizing campaigns across the funnel.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track search, web, and funnel performance.

  • Analyze performance data to surface insights, trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Support experimentation and testing to continuously improve acquisition and conversion.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• • 4-6+ years of experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, or web optimization in a SaaS/PLG environment.

  • Comfort using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to support research, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with AEO / AI-driven search optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Mixpanel, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of CRO and A/B testing techniques and familiarity with testing tools like VWO, Optimizely are a plus.
