We are looking for someone to work strategically in Recruitment & Selection of technology professionals, conducting complex and high-volume processes, with exposure to demands in different countries. The mission is to attract and engage talent aligned with business needs, ensuring agility, quality in deliveries, and a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end selection process for technology positions at different levels of seniority.

Support business growth demands and implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment.

Define attraction strategies together with internal and external clients, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.

Manage the positions pipeline: screening, interviews, technical alignment, and follow-up of candidates until hiring.

Ensure a positive candidate experience, with clear communication and structured feedback.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for prioritization of demands and constant alignment.

Monitor performance metrics and recruitment KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in end-to-end selection processes for technology professionals.

Experience in high-complexity and high-volume hiring.

Ability to maintain direct relationships with clients, conducting intakes and profile alignments.

Excellent communication, flexibility, and multitasking skills.

Experience in tracking metrics and recruitment indicators.

Advanced/Fluent English for conversation.

Proficiency in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Differentials

Knowledge of using the ATS Lever.

Experience in international hiring (different countries/markets).

Previous work in consulting firms focused on hiring technology professionals.

Experience in multicultural teams.
