We're hiring: Production Supervisor | Steel Plant – Limeira/SP
We have an incredible opportunity for you

At our Limeira/SP facility, we are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating production activities with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and People Development.

Main Responsibilities
Lead production teams and ensure compliance with operational schedules

Participate in meetings and propose process improvements

Manage indicators such as PPM, productivity, and machine downtime

Develop talent, promote engagement, and ensure a healthy work environment

Act autonomously in managing quality and safety

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations

Basic English (preferred)

Strong communication, leadership, conflict management, and decision-making skills
