We are currently seeking for
a Xstore Consultant
to join our growing delivery team in Curitiba, Brazil.

What you'll be doing:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Xstore and other Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions;
• Customize and extend Xstore functionalities to meet client-specific requirements;
• Integrate POS systems with external platforms and enterprise applications using Java, SOAP, and REST APIs;
• Analyze, interpret, and document business processes and functional requirements;
• Work closely with international teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals;
• Provide support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live phases;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the delivery team.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java;
• Experience with Java, SOAP, REST APIs, and J2EE;
• Experience with Git;
• Previous experience implementing solutions in the retail sector is highly valued;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and understand business processes and technical specification documents;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team-oriented and collaborative environment;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
• Residency in Curitiba, Brazil (candidates based outside Curitiba won't be considered).

What would be a plus:

• Proficiency in Spanish;
• Experience with Jenkins and SonarQube;
• Experience with the Oracle Xstore Suite or other Point-of-Sale (POS) systems;
