Your role
Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail?

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to:

  • assist HR Advisory on diverse topics by providing HR support to apprentices, interns, and employees across different division
  • support in the execution of HR agendas, especially the welcome agenda, by organizing speakers and participants, preparing welcome kits, editing, and sending out related communications
  • actively participate in meetings to help execute HR programs and initiatives
  • contribute with HR information, by staying informed about company policies and culture, support on employees' questions and collaborating with
  • collaborate with other HR colleagues by acting as interface with HR colleagues when specialized knowledge is required

Your team
You will be part of local HR Specialists within the HR Service Delivery Brazil team based in Sao Paulo. We are responsible to provide excellence in HR process - recruiting, payroll, advisory, operations, and rewards - across all divisions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the organization.

Your expertise

  • students of Business Administration, Psychology, or related courses with graduation by Dec/2026 or after
  • availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
  • well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence
  • strong verbal and written communication
  • ideally advanced English
  • strong interest for HR topics
  • solid MS Office skills, programming skills will be a differential
