Our Opportunity
Automation Anywhere is seeking a dynamic senior manager to drive our strategic partnerships with key hyperscalers, primarily AWS and Google Cloud, across the Latin America region. This growth-focused role will be instrumental in expanding our hyperscaler alliance programs and capturing the emerging Agentic Automation market opportunities throughout Brazil, Mexico, and the broader LATAM region. You'll play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies that create significant business value for enterprise customers across Latin America.

You'll Make An Impact By Being Responsible For

  • Regional Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS and Google Cloud regional teams, developing localized go-to-market strategies tailored to LATAM market dynamics.
  • Pipeline Development: Drive lead generation and pipeline development through hyperscaler marketplace offerings, joint solution positioning, and collaborative selling initiatives across key LATAM markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams, marketing, and technical resources to align hyperscaler strategies with local market requirements and business objectives.
  • Market Penetration: Partner with AWS and Google Cloud business development teams, solution architects, and regional marketing to create compelling value propositions for LATAM enterprise customers.
  • Partner Enablement: Train and enable hyperscaler teams on Automation Anywhere's Agentic Automation platform, ensuring strong technical integration knowledge and sales readiness.
  • Program Execution: Implement and manage partner programs that accelerate market adoption and drive revenue growth in key industry verticals across the region.
  • Ecosystem Coordination: Collaborate with regional system integrators, reseller partners, and managed service providers to maximize market reach and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Regional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between hyperscaler partners and internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and execution of joint initiatives.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliance roles, preferably within the LATAM region
  • Hyperscaler Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS and Google Cloud business models and partner ecosystems
  • Regional Network: Established relationships within the LATAM technology ecosystem with 7+ years of SaaS or enterprise software experience
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue through strategic partnerships with cloud providers or technology partners
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partner organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to partnership performance measurement and strategic planning
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% within LATAM region and occasional travel to the US headquarters in San Jose, California.
