Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Project Manager to join our team.
 

Main activities and responsibilities:

Manage project budgets and financial control.Administer procurement and RFQ/RFP processes.Organize and maintain document management systems, guaranteeing accurate version control and regulatory compliance.Plan and update integrated project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera, monitoring milestones and preventing resource conflicts.Ensure governance and adherence to corporate policies, risk frameworks, and local regulations.Coordinate tasks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with deadlines and strategic objectives.Prepare executive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making.Serve as the focal point for audits and compliance, ensuring traceability and proper documentation.  

Required Qualifications:

Financial Management & Budget Control.Document Management.Procurement & RFQ/RFP Administration.Scheduling & Task Coordination. Project Governance & Compliance.
