Sales Development Representative (SDR)
é responsável por identificar, prospectar e qualificar novas oportunidades de negócios. Este profissional desempenha um papel crucial na expansão da base de clientes, estabelecendo o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes e colaborando estreitamente com a equipe de vendas para garantir o sucesso nas conversões.
Responsabilidades:
- Prospecção de Novos Clientes: Identificar e abordar potenciais clientes no segmento condominial, apresentando os serviços de terceirização de forma eficaz.
- Qualificação de Leads: Avaliar e registrar as necessidades dos leads, garantindo que estejam alinhados com as soluções da empresa.
- Apresentação de Soluções: Personalizar e apresentar as ofertas da empresa, preparando leads para avançar no funil de vendas.
- Agendamento de Reuniões: Organizar e preparar reuniões entre leads qualificados e a equipe de vendas, facilitando uma transição informada.
- Manutenção de Relacionamentos: Cultivar relacionamentos com leads, mantendo-os engajados.
- Monitoramento de Desempenho: Acompanhar métricas de vendas e ajustar estratégias para melhorar os resultados.
- Colaboração com Marketing: Trabalhar junto à equipe de marketing para alinhar campanhas e fornecer feedback para aprimorar a geração de leads.
Requisitos Técnicos:
- Formação superior em andamento ou concluída em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência prévia em Inside Sales, SDR, Pré-vendas ou Telemarketing Ativo será considerada um diferencial.
- Conhecimento em CRM de vendas.
- Habilidade em prospecção ativa via telefone, e-mail e redes sociais.
- Pacote Office em nível básico a intermediário.

Horário de trabalho:
Segunda-feira à quinta-feira das 08h00 às 18h00 e sexta-feira das 08h00 às 17h00.
