We're searching for a Product Designer who can bring clarity and creativity to the user experience across our marketplace and subscription products. In this role, you'll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. Your mission is to transform complex workflows into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly designs that delight users and ship quickly.
This is a high-impact position at a fast-growing company, ideal for someone eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You'll shape the design direction, influence product decisions, and see your work reach hundreds of thousands of users.
- Lead the design process end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Turn customer insights and business goals into simple, engaging product experiences.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and founders to define and prioritize design solutions.
- Build flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate ideas.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system for scalability and visual cohesion.
- Advocate for user experience while aligning with company strategy.
- Iterate rapidly based on data, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Deliver pixel-perfect visual assets ready for engineering handoff.
- Experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role in SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led companies.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and UI execution.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of usability principles, responsive layouts, and interaction design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Self-motivated and accountable to deadlines.
- Fluent in English, based in North or South America.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces.
- Exposure to marketing sites, landing pages, or growth-focused design.
- Graphic design work (branding, social media, or marketing assets).
- Skills in motion design, prototyping, or microinteractions.
- Front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) to better partner with engineering.
- Fully remote role with flexibility and focus on async work.
- Competitive pay: $2,000–$3,500 USD/month.
