Euronext Corporate Solutions is at the core of Euronext's strategic plan "Innovate for Growth 2027". It has delivered €50m of revenue in 2024, has been growing double digit CAGR since 2020, being one of the most important growth engine of the Group. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, expected to close in 2nd quarter of 2025, it will almost double in size with expected revenues of €100m in 2025 and continued double digit growth expectations in the coming years.
Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves more than 5000 clients including over 1500 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal,) and beyond (UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland). The team is composed of 200 professionals across Europe. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, it will grow to over 350 professionals.

• Investor relations and communication services: we help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage with shareholders, investors and all stakeholders with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement. Our advisory team provides high-touch advisory, ESG advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets.
• Compliance services : our ComplyLog products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
Euronext Corporate Solutions is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.
Job summary
We're looking for a Tech Operations Manager to support a team providing shared services across all Euronext Corporate Solutions Technology Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a multi disciplinary team in different countries, delivering high-quality support (Architecture, SRE, Program Management) to other teams building Euronext Corporate Solutions products.
- Handle performance management, reviews & provide constructive feedback, set objectives and help the team grow and succeed.
- Help unblock the team by providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize work and deliver on time.
- Ensure great documentation and knowledge sharing for smooth onboarding and collaboration.
- Ensure continuous improvements around Incident Management, Service Level Objectives, Release Management.
- Occasionally connect with global teams, including short travel when needed.
- Flag technical debt and areas of improvements, making sure they are properly documented and considered when defining priorities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing a tech team for a minimum of 4 years; handling BAU, performance management & objective settings.
- Experience in modern engineering practices around Platform Engineering and Program Management
- Experience with cloud native environments with relevant AWS or Azure usage.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
