The AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance immersive, high-performance web experiences for global clients. This position combines hands-on technical work with strategic solution design, requiring expertise in machine learning algorithms, data processing, and AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem solver, adept at translating business goals into scalable AI architectures while ensuring performance, security, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and architect end-to-end solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LLM-oriented tools.

• Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain (or equivalent frameworks) for agentic development.

• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high-quality model inputs.

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models — including large language models (LLMs) — using large datasets and appropriate performance metrics.

• Select, configure, and optimize AI infrastructure, tools, and frameworks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with additional exposure to AWS and Azure.

• Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in cloud-based AI solutions.

• Build prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and potential impact.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.

• Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies, contributing innovative ideas to the company's AI strategy.

• Lead deployment of AI solutions into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and best practices for handling PII in AI-driven systems.

• Continuously optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Proven track record as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or AI Architect.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain (or similar frameworks) for agentic/LLM-based development.

• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and model evaluation methods.

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and deploying them at scale.

• Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), plus exposure to AWS and Azure.

• Familiarity with big data technologies, data processing pipelines, and distributed computing.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements such as HIPAA and best practices for handling PII data.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
