We're looking for an
Administrative Analyst
to support the daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth daily processes across teams.
- Monitor and manage communication channels, identifying and escalating relevant information to the right stakeholders.
- Participate in projects that require analytical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to information-gathering and validation efforts that may involve human interaction and social awareness.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal collaboration.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external interactions, representing the company's culture and standards.
What You Need To Succeed
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — in Portuguese an English.
- Proactivity and a hands-on attitude to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with different teams.
- Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.
