The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Manage calendars, appointments and correspondence to support interactions with healthcare professionals
• Assist in expense reporting, travel planning and meeting invitations
• Plan and execute internal team meetings (in person and virtual)
• Acts as a resource person to share department procedures and methods, commonly works with sensitive, confidential information, and responds to team inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and planners as needed to support the Scientific team

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree
• Minimum 3 years of related job experience in an administrative assistant function at Solventum or equivalent company to relate business concepts to general organizational goals
• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong writing skills and proficient understanding of Micorsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
• Proficient with Outlook

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in administrative work in healthcare
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work location: Remote

Travel: No travel required

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
