Consultative Discovery: Understand client goals, KPIs, regulatory restrictions, and channel policies.
Solution Design: Design conversational journeys (notifications, 2-way, interactive flows), opt-in/consent strategies, content governance, fallback mechanisms, and observability features.
Proof of Value (PoV): Plan and execute POCs (Proofs of Concept)/demos, and model ROI/impact (e.g., CTR/CVR, cost reduction, NPS).
Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Compliance teams, ensuring agreement on scope, roles/responsibilities (RACI), milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Implementation Planning: Assist in the preparation of the implementation plan (milestones, dependencies, risks, technical requirements) and address technical questions from prospects and clients during the sales cycle and kick-off phase.
Product Feedback Loop: Identify areas for improvement based on prospect/client feedback and deliver actionable input to Product/Engineering (roadmap contribution, prioritization).
Proposal Documentation: Produce estimates, Statements of Work (SOW), risks/assumptions, and proposal materials; support negotiation and deal closure.
Integrations & Security: Guide integrations via REST APIs/webhooks with CRM/CDP/ERP/MarTech/Service Desk systems, authentication, and best practices for security/data privacy (LGPD).
Enablement & Training: Create playbooks and train internal teams on best practices for implementing solutions on WhatsApp and RCS channels.
Requirements
Proven Success in Client-Facing Technical Roles: Demonstrated experience and success in technical roles with direct client interaction (e.g., Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting).
Full Sales Cycle Expertise: Experience in supporting the entire sales cycle: from solution ideation and design, technological evaluation and POC (Proof of Concept), through to final implementation.
Requirements Translation: Proven experience in gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Platform Mastery (Agnostic): Practical mastery of the WhatsApp Business Platform and RCS Business Messaging (journeys, policies, metrics, limitations), regardless of the vendor.
Technical Foundations: Solid foundation in REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (OAuth/JWT), Postman, and technical troubleshooting.
Architectural Experience: Experience with architecture principles (scalability, resilience, observability, security/LGPD).
Communication & Executive Skills: Executive communication and technical-commercial storytelling skills; proven ability to conduct workshops.
Language Fluency: Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English.
CPaaS/Builders Experience: Experience with leading BSPs/CPaaS providers (brand agnostic) and journey/"flows" builders.
AI/Conversational Background: Background in chatbots/NLP/LLM (prompting, grounding, guardrails) applied to service, sales, collections, or marketing use cases.
System Integrations: Experience with integrations involving CRMs, payment gateways, anti-fraud systems, and analytics platforms.
Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta/Google RBM, cloud certifications).
