-System Maintenance and Performance

• Daily monitoring: Perform routine checks to ensure the system is functioning correctly, which includes monitoring resource usage like CPU, memory, and disk space.
• Performance optimization: Tune the system to ensure optimal performance and identify bottlenecks.-
• Troubleshooting: Resolve errors and technical issues that arise within the SAP environment.
• Maintenance and upgrades: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including applying patches and upgrades.

-Security and User Management

• User administration: Create, manage, and revoke user access, and assign roles and profiles.
• Security: Implement and manage security settings to protect the system.
• Transport management: Manage the transport changes from one SAP system to another in a controlled and consistent manner.

-Operations and Planning

• Backup and recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
• Job scheduling: Schedule and monitor background jobs, ensuring they don't negatively impact system performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures for the SAP environment.
• Planning: Plan for future system needs, including upgrades and resource requirements.

-Global Information Technology Control Auditing

• Change Management: Support the Auditing Request with the HT IT Process and Procedures focusing on changes in the controls. HAEB will not be in charge of the HT IT Process and Procedures we will just support and facilitate HT IT to reply to the Auditors.
• Design Test: Auditors will evaluate whether HT IT Controls are designed correctly and implemented properly to prevent or detect errors. This step is based on the evaluation of the HT IT Process and Procedures. HAEB will not be in charge of the HT IT Process and Procedures we will just support and facilitate HT IT to reply to the Auditors.
• Operating Test Preparation: Extract and Upload of the data populations to be evaluated by the Auditors.

• RA/SOD Review: Support the business area on the Risk Access and Segregation of Duties review addressing the issues with the Access Manager in charge to realize the adjustments mitigating the risks.
