Electrical Field Engineer
to join their team in Natal. In this role, tou will contribute to the design, technical review, and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site inspections and technical assessments of solar PV projects in development.
  • Verify electrical systems and infrastructure against design specifications.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams to ensure proper installation and alignment with development requirements.
  • Support technical due diligence and documentation for investor handover.
  • Monitor regulatory and safety compliance on-site.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering and development teams to optimize project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (CREA registration required).
  • 4–7 years of experience in renewable energy projects, preferably solar PV.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with ETAP, DIgSILENT, or AutoCAD Electrical is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian grid codes and renewable energy standards.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English required, Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
