Team Overview

The Learning & Culture team is dedicated to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment at DiDi. We are the architects of the DiDi Culture, driving initiatives that strengthen our corporate values and promote a deep sense of belonging. We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Learning & Culture Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our workplace culture, with a primary focus on designing and executing memorable office events and impactful experiences that bring our people together.

Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, conceptualize, and execute the annual calendar of internal events (in-person, hybrid, and online), including celebrations, all-hands meetings, workshops, and other initiatives that reinforce our culture.
  • Lead end-to-end office event projects, from initial concept and stakeholder briefing to flawless execution and post-event analysis, ensuring high-impact experiences for our employees.
  • Develop the communication strategy for all culture and event initiatives, aligning messaging and channels with key stakeholders (such as Internal Communications and Marketing) to maximize employee engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and oversight, while maintaining strict budget control for all events and activities.
  • Support the Learning & Culture Manager in implementing programs that enhance our sense of belonging and recognition, actively integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles into all events and actions.
  • Collect feedback and analyze key success metrics for events (e.g., engagement, satisfaction), generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for various business areas, ensuring alignment and collaboration in the organization of all cultural initiatives.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in planning and executing office events and corporate experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, creative, and highly organized profile with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ).
  • Knowledge of platforms for online/hybrid events (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Post-graduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Culture, or Corporate Communications
