SAP Project Manager

Como Gerente de Projeto SAP você atuará como líder estratégico na condução da migração SAP ECC para S/4HANA Cloud, sendo responsável pela definição da arquitetura funcional e técnica, coordenação das equipes e garantia de entrega dentro de prazo e escopo.
Responsabilidades:
- Gerenciar o ciclo completo do projeto, assegurando alinhamento entre stakeholders, cronograma e entregas.
- Definir e validar a arquitetura SAP S/4HANA Cloud, em conjunto com especialistas funcionais e técnicos.
- Garantir integração entre os diferentes módulos SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD, EWM, TM, Retail, etc.) e com sistemas legados.
- Realizar análise de GAPs, desenho de soluções e coordenação de atividades de blueprint e realização.
- Apoiar a gestão da mudança, treinamentos e preparação das áreas de negócio para o go-live.
- Atuar como ponte entre o time técnico e os líderes funcionais, mantendo governança e visão estratégica do projeto.
Perfil ideal:
- Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos SAP e/ou arquitetura de soluções em ambientes complexos.
- Participação comprovada em pelo menos 3 projetos SAP S/4HANA (preferencialmente Cloud e projetos greenfield).
- Conhecimento profundo da arquitetura SAP, integração entre módulos e boas práticas de implementação.
- Experiência na gestão de múltiplos stakeholders, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares.
- Fluência em português, inglês e outros idiomas serão um diferencial.
