What's the role?

The Role

General Ledger Accounting:

This role is responsible for multiple accounting tasks that comprise:

  • Journal entries: Record daily, weekly and monthly journal entries across different entities.
  • Payroll: Oversees and support payroll activities to ensure correct payments and internal control processes are followed. Work with internal and external stakeholders for social security compliance.
  • Taxes: Prepares, reviews workpapers for external fiscal consultants for tax compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepares financial reports and their support schedules.
  • Statutory Audit: Conducts the process with external and internal auditors.
Who are you?

This position requires a college level degree in accounting or finance candidate with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a global company and multiple time zones, fluent in English. The following skills and knowledge are also desired:

  • Experience with accounting software programs, ERPs (such as PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills, proactiveness, independence and team spirit drive.
  • Full time job
