Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Attendant, based in São Paulo, SP. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, guiding them through the policy selection process, and maintaining client satisfaction. Core responsibilities include managing sales activities, handling customer requests, following up on potential leads, and maintaining accurate records. The Sales Attendant will work both on-site and remotely, offering flexibility to ensure seamless operations and client support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of insurance products, including risk mitigation and policy options.
- Ability to work efficiently in both on-site and remote environments.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using digital tools, such as CRM software and communication platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
