is expanding We are an agency imagined to grow, specializing in strategy, creative, technology, and activations. We are seeking
an experienced Campaign Manager
to join our team, working directly with the client and our broader Marketing Specialists team to expand their capabilities.

This strategic position requires strong project management skills and effective cross-functional collaboration. The core focus of this role is the hands-on execution, launch, and continuous optimization of client digital advertising and marketing campaigns
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are successfully deployed across various channels, reach the intended target audiences, and achieve measurable results while providing
cross-functional support
to the rest of the team for digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client relationship management acting as the main marketing specialist point of contact and understanding client goals
  • End-to-end activation across digital channels (search, display, social, email, programmatic).
  • Working with content teams for localization and regional programs.
  • Developing activation roadmaps and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Implementing A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding optimizations.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Organizing and prioritizing Campaign Managers request pipelines to provide cross-functional support in client internal systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
    , preferably in tech.
  • Understanding of the
    customer lifecycle
    (lead to close).
  • Proven
    program management skills
    , including coordinating agencies and working in matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in
    ABM tactics
    , email, direct mail, search, display, and social marketing.
  • Strong
    problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
    .
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance data (Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong project management and operational skills to act as the main PoC for Client and the Campaign Managers team, ensuring time and resource optimization.

Mandatory Requirements for all candidates:

  • Advanced /
    Fluent
    English (Written and Spoken).
  • Native-level proficiency
    in Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Agency experience
    is a must.
  • Based in
    São Paulo
    or nearby areas, with the availability for hybrid meetings as required.
