As An Event Planner Team Member, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Support Dental Solutions LATAM with educational event planning by using Cvent Management Software to create registration pages, emails, monitor budgets, and manage related tasks.
• Serve as an event planning expert to help local teams implement best practices and standards.
• Organizing, confirming, and communicating with Healthcare Professional speakers for group travel activities.
• Ensure all events comply with relevant compliance requirements.
• Process, track, and reconcile all Scientific Education team expenses in required budgets and systems.

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3-5 years of professional experience years of experience in healthcare event planning in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with Cvent management software.
• Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of compliance regulations for Health Care Professional events, including meal limits, legal requirements, value reporting, and related policies.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has exceptional time management skills.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and have good interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work with many different personalities.
• Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.
• Passionate, dedicated individual who loves event planning.

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Campinas office at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
