A pessoa que ocupará a posição de Líder de Operações em Outbound terá como principais responsabilidades:
- Revisar os planos de trabalho e definir requisitos de produtividade para garantir o atendimento aos objetivos gerais da operação;
- Colaborar com outros Líderes de Operações para equilibrar o trabalho, garantindo turnos organizados e eficientes enquanto os objetivos operacionais são atingidos;
- Apoiar programas de saúde e segurança para promover e manter um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos os associados;
- Identificar e liderar proativamente iniciativas de melhoria de processos, utilizando ferramentas de Lean Manufacturing;
- Exercer liderança direta e indireta, influenciando e inspirando pessoas.
RESPONSABILIDADES ADICIONAIS:
Você e sua equipe de associados(as) são responsáveis por garantir que os pedidos dos clientes da Amazon sejam processados e entregues com eficiência.
Você será responsável por assegurar que as pessoas estejam bem treinadas e tenham suas necessidades atendidas, permitindo que se concentrem em seus trabalhos. Isso inclui a coordenação de tarefas, a organização de processos e a administração de turnos.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando ultimos anos;
- Experiência com ambiente voltado para o cliente, foco em armazém, logística ou manufatura;
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
- Flexibilidade para trabalhar aos fins de semana e turnos regulares (escala 3x2);
- Experiência com Excel;
- Experiência com Microsoft Office produtos e aplicações.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experiência em ambiente de atendimento ao cliente, armazenamento, logística ou manufatura;
- Conhecimento em Inglês.
