Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for IT Lead, Application Maintenance

This challenging opportunity will reside in our Application Maintenance & Services organization. This role will report to the Manager. In this role, the IT Lead, Application Maintenance – CBT and Supply Chain Latam applications will be responsible for Service Transition & Maintenance activities for all CBT and Supply Chain domain applications. Responsible for the End-to-End experience of our customers and how our systems perform using industry leading tools and approaches. Responsible to improve IT Product quality by focusing on preventative measures through automation to eliminate product reliability issues and collaborate with our Technology Product Owners (TPO) to deliver high quality, high availability applications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or relevant work experience. In a world of rapid innovation, we seek strong leader who want to make an Impact in all aspects of our business and enabling breakthroughs
  • IT experience supporting enterprise applications and collaborating with key stakeholders in a diverse global environment
  • Experience providing IT Service Transition support for the full lifecycle of transition of applications & technologies.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes (incident management, change, problem, release management) is required
  • Knowledge in Scrum, Agile methodology concepts
  • May require up to 10% travel- domestic/international
