In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Enable the delivery of the RS strategic plans through engagement, ensuring the right mix of technical support and application knowledge is available. Ability to manage priorities and focus on what will drive the Latin American business goals, balancing these with the needs of RS Country Leaders, Multi-BU Sales Team and LBPs.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of RS / AMS Product Line and the ability to communicate & apply that knowledge through Solutions Selling methodology.
- Lead and/or actively support project pursuit opportunities in collaboration with the SYSS / RS Sales Channels.
- Develop the ability to conduct live demonstrations & formal presentations that clearly communicate the capabilities and value of the RS / AMS products
- Layout and communicate recommended solution architectures based on customer needs for Reliability Solution products, as well as see how they all play within Emerson's Boundless Automation. Be able to communicate how our products and services come together to Reliability as a Key Component of this message.
- Ensure we have the best processes in place with the tools we must reinforce the One Emerson philosophy across SYSS. This covers requests for proposals, requests to quote unreleased functionality, bill of material creation in EET, product pursuits in CRM, content on the global sales portal, system planning guides, services offered, and LBP certification.
- Work with the RS Factory Teams (Sales, Product Marketing and Technology) to ensure the sales channels have what they need to be successful with our products – literature, presentations, targets, actions, goals, competitive information, training, events, and calls to be confident and passionate about our offerings.
- Ability to manage & influence the sales channels (RS Direct, SYSS Multi-BU and LBPs) to drive growth initiatives and market penetration is essential

For This Role, You Will Need:
- B.S. degree in engineering or relevant area and minimum seven (7) years industry experience; five (5) of which must be in proven sales, business development or marketing results.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and usage
- Knowledge of relevant industrial software applications
- Exceptional team player and Solutions Selling
- Bilingual – English and Spanish or Portuguese. (Trilingual is preferred)
- This position requires an average of 50% travel
- Effective in variety of formal presentation settings
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Specific proven experience in the areas of Reliability, vibration and instrumentation diagnostics
