O que você irá fazer?
Condução de análises estruturadas de fluxos operacionais e jornadas complexas, com identificação de pontos de atrito e causas raiz a partir de dados. Proposição de soluções priorizadas com base em impacto e viabilidade, garantindo entregas contínuas orientadas à experiência do cliente e ao valor para o negócio;Planejamento e facilitação de oficinas de diagnóstico, ideação e cocriação de soluções, utilizando metodologias como Kaizen e Design Thinking. Estímulo à participação ativa de diferentes áreas, promovendo alinhamento, engajamento e geração de insights práticos para a melhoria contínua;Liderança de iniciativas estratégicas de grande porte, como implantação de novas tecnologias ou estruturação de áreas, com definição de processos, indicadores e planos de sustentação. Atuação com foco em escalabilidade, impacto e alinhamento com os objetivos organizacionais;Aplicação de programação e inteligência artificial generativa para acelerar análises, integrar dados de diferentes fontes e desenvolver soluções personalizadas, automatizadas e preditivas, contribuindo para a inovação e eficiência operacional;Atuação forte como elo entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, promovendo alinhamento estratégico, engajamento de lideranças e decisões colaborativas. Estruturação de fóruns de acompanhamento e tradução de dados em narrativas executivas, dashboards e apresentações estratégicas, com foco em clareza, impacto e tomada de decisão.O que buscamos?
