Logistics Specialist

Annual Salary Range: BRL* 13+ Bonus

Work Location: Dona Francisca Street, number 8300, complement block O3, ZIP , North industrial district, Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil

Duties:

· Responsible for keeping records of incoming and outgoing of machines and parts.

· Responsible for local customs clearance and transportation of machines and parts.

·Responsible for conducting a quarterly inventory count, forming an inventory table, and analyzing and explaining inventory differences.

· Responsible for conducting a quarterly fixed asset count, and analyzing and explaining FA differences.

· Responsible for coordinating the allocation and borrowing of spare parts.

· Responsible for warehouse safety, fire prevention, theft prevention, and other related work; conduct on-site management work on fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, dust prevention, and safe electricity use in the warehouse.

· Responsible for verifying inventory accounting with China Asset Management team.

· Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.

· Responsible for cleaning and handling follow-up of obsolete inventory materials.

Job Requirements:

Education:

· Major: Logistics, finance, management, and other related fields, college degree or above.

Background:

· Relative experience for 2- 3 years.Specialized knowledge:

· Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management system.Skills:

· Software: Office· Fluent Portuguese and English.
