We're looking for an Injection Mould Setter to ensure that machines under his control are running pre-set condition at the best utilisation possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure machines are working to process and effectively.
• Ensure that process and control plans are supplied, and control charts completed as required.
• Change and clean moulds as required and / or requested by supervisor.
• Ensure material is handled according to procedures and correctly identified.
• Report any machine problems that might cause defective products to supervisor.
• Ensure moulded parts are placed in containers with correctly identified traveller cards.
• Carry out all work activities in compliance with the Company's Health and Safety Regulations
• Compliance with the requirements of the ISO14001 environment management system and the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
• Responsible for reporting any hazards / near misses / incidents that you're aware of immediately to the area management.

What we are looking for:

A good standard of education and knowledge of the injection moulding techniques is required in addition to quality procedures and standards.
