Buscamos o melhor talento para esta posição de Payer Liaison II (Neuro) - vaga de campo com base no Nordeste.
Responsabilidades:
- Responsável por desenvolver e apresentar materiais científicos, econômicos e de valor para stakeholders externos (com o apoio do time estratégico e de HEOR).
- Implementação das estratégias desenvolvidas pelos CVTs de cada marca com o objetivo de assegurar o acesso dos produtos Janssen junto a operadoras de saúde, clínicas e hospitais (públicos e privados).
- Identificar e minimizar gargalos de acesso e buscar oportunidades que impactem positivamente o negócio.
- Realizar análise estratégicas quantitativas e qualitativas com os dados disponíveis (PowerBI, Mapa, MDTR, etc.)
- Retroalimentar as áreas de Estratégia de Acesso, HEOR, Acesso Contas e Unidades de Negócios sobre tendências mercadológicas, ações concorrenciais bem como dificuldades e necessidades estratégicas customizadas para cada conta.
- Apresentar soluções individualizadas com base nos diferentes perfis de clientes. - Participação ativa em reuniões internas quando aplicável.
- Cumprimento dos KPIs de visitação e cobertura de painel.
- Análise crítica do painel de visitação a fim de maximizar impacto no negócio
Qualifications
- Superior Completo (preferencialmente na área da saúde);
- Inglês intermediário (leitura de artigos);
- Conhecimento/experiência/background de Market Access e Health Economics (HEOR);
- Experiência com mercado público e/ou privado (preferencialmente mercado privado);
- Experiência com Neuro é um diferencial;
- Possuir habilitação tipo B;
- Disponibilidade para viagens.
