Job Summary:
A Placement Coordinator at Placement International oversees the successful matching of candidates with hospitality and tourism opportunities worldwide. You will be responsible for managing the entire placement process, from assessing client and candidate needs to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner companies, understanding market trends, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Placement Coordinator also collaborates with internal teams to enhance program offerings and works to continuously improve the placement experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, placement coordination, hospitality, or a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals professionally.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to manage high-stakes interactions with clients and candidates.
Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, ensuring high standards in placement and follow-up processes.
Problem-Solving: Advanced skills in resolving escalated issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze placement data and use insights to improve team and placement performance.
Adaptability: Skilled in adapting to changing environments and shifting priorities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Placement Processes:
Manage the entire placement cycle, from initial client engagement to final intern or trainee placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with host companies, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to match them with the right candidates.
Candidate Support:
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process, from application and interview preparation to onboarding.
Partnership Development:
Develop and expand partnerships with new and existing host companies, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support the placement team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of service and productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all placements meet the company's standards for quality and compliance, addressing any issues that may arise with host companies or candidates.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, updating the company's placement database regularly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor placement metrics and prepare reports on performance, making recommendations for process improvements.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all placements comply with visa regulations, labor laws, and company policies, and manage necessary documentation efficiently.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and generate leads for new placements.
