O que você irá fazer?

  • Desenvolver automações de processos, integrações entre ferramentas e soluções proprietárias que garantem a ampliação do potencial do uso de tecnologia em processos, com redução de atividades operacionais e ampliação da excelência operacional;
  • Desempenhar papel consultivo em desenho de soluções técnicas, a partir de tradução de requisitos e oportunidades de processos, desenvolvendo soluções que garantem a transformação digital de serviços;
  • Garantir a documentação de especificações técnicas e arquitetura de soluções (Wiki, Confluence, Git);
  • Desempenhar, junto de especialista de processos e automação e áreas de negócio, homologação e testes assistidos de soluções desenvolvidas;
  • Atuar na melhoria e manutenção de soluções desenvolvidas, a partir de novos riscos e necessidades identificadas.

O que buscamos?
  • Superior completo;
  • Experiência prática em desenvolvimento de soluções proprietárias para a automação de tarefas e processos (Python, Docker);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento e otimização de desempenho de soluções (ex.: New Relic, Datadog);
  • Conhecimento em diferentes tecnologias para propor soluções técnicas para oportunidades identificadas em processos e necessidades de negócio;
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Desejável experiência anterior com desenvolvimento de soluções para times de RH, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.
