What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle and ensure end-to-end execution — from it's opening, in collaboration with the business owner, facilitating cross-functional communication related to invoice processing and payment
  • Analyze purchasing data to support strategic sourcing decisions and optimize procurement processes.
  • Assist in the development and management of supplier contracts and agreements.
  • Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and continuous performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
