no Mercado Livre, você projetará e escalará sistemas inovadores e seguros que resolvem problemas reais e de alto impacto. Trabalhará em um ambiente dinâmico com tecnologia de ponta, aplicando boas práticas de engenharia, modelos próprios de IA e aprendizado contínuo, com o propósito de democratizar o comércio eletrônico e os serviços financeiros na América Latina.

sendo responsável por
:

  • Definir e realizar a visão de curto, médio e longo prazo do Hub de Payments no Brasil, assegurando que os features locais sejam os melhores do mercado brasileiro: Pagamentos com código de barras, PIX, Boletos em seu nome, Pix Automático, Débitos Vehiculares, Débitos Automáticos, entre outros.
  • Contar com domínio integral do produto: Usar e entender em profundidade o que o produto faz, como funciona, para quem e com qual impacto, desenvolvendo seu product sense.
  • Compreender o business acumen: como o que se constrói impacta o negócio.
  • Ser apaixonado pela experiência do usuário, cuidando de cada detalhe — textos, ícones, telas, posições, navegação — para assegurar clareza, consistência e fluidez de ponta a ponta.
  • Ouvir ativamente o usuário através de múltiplos canais internos — CX, reviews, funis — e também canais externos como blogs, sites e YouTube. Não se limitar à escuta passiva, mas gerar iniciativas que cheguem à produção e resolvam os problemas de verdade.
  • Usar a concorrência não apenas como observação, mas como referência prática, anotando o que fazem bem e o que não fazem. Ir além da observação e gerar iniciativas que cheguem à produção, aumentando o valor agregado para os usuários.

O que buscamos em você?

  • Ter conhecimento e vivência em criação de protótipos e benchmarking.
  • Dominar SQL para criar, manter e executar queries de forma autônoma.
  • Construir dashboards para monitorar métricas do produto em ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Possuir background técnico sobre arquiteturas, APIs e bancos de dados para desafiar decisões.
  • Desenvolver e manter roadmaps e backlogs de produto.
