Team Description
The Receivables and Payouts squad is one of SumUp's most high-impact product areas. It manages the backbone of our local financial ecosystem, installments and settlements, where technology, regulation, and business intersect. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll lead the vision and execution of our receivables and payouts products in Brazil. You'll shape the roadmap, guide discovery and delivery, and connect the dots between regulation, technology, and merchant needs.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for receivables and payouts in Brazil.Lead discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of features balancing merchant value, regulatory compliance, and commercial opportunity.Build strong relationships with vendors and the regulator.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.Identify and drive new business opportunities beyond the regulatory agenda to strengthen SumUp's financial ecosystem.You'll Be Great for This Role If
You have large experience in product management, ideally in tech-driven, agile organisations.You're customer-centric and passionate about solving real merchant problems.You're skilled in project and stakeholder management, bringing structure to fast-moving environments.You have a builder mindset: proactive, curious, and always seeking better ways to deliver value.You thrive in multicultural environments and collaborate effectively across regions.You think strategically, act pragmatically, and balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.Nice to have
