Web Optimization & SEO Specialist – Virtual Professional (VP)

Function: Marketing / Production

Location: Remote (Brazil, Mexico, or Philippines)

What You'll Own

We're looking for a sharp technical website + SEO professional who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites that fuel measurable business growth. You'll handle technical SEO audits, site fixes, speed optimizations, and new builds for CFA, Gables & Grove Painting, and TIKRR. Long term, you'll also support TIKRR's web-app scalability and client website SEO.

This isn't about waiting for step-by-step directions. You'll take ownership, fix problems fast, and deliver results with speed and accuracy.

A. Primary Functions

  • Conduct full technical SEO audits (CDN, caching, CLS/LCP, schema, crawl errors).
  • Implement bug fixes, crawl issue resolutions, and speed optimizations.
  • Build and optimize websites for speed, mobile performance, and accessibility.
  • Launch the CFA agency website with dynamic service-area templates + meta structures.
  • Maintain SEO foundations: metadata, sitemaps, schema markup, tracking.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable SEO + performance insights.
  • Collaborate with content + marketing teams to align design and copy with SEO best practices.
  • Long-term: support TIKRR's web-app scalability and client website SEO improvements.

B. Systems Ownership

You will fully own and be accountable for:

  • WordPress / Webflow (site builds + optimization)
  • Google Search Console & GA4 (tracking + SEO health monitoring)
  • PageSpeed Insights / GTmetrix / Lighthouse (site performance optimization)

C. Measurable Deliverables

  • SEO Audits: 100% of identified technical issues resolved within 30 days.
  • Page Speed: Load time
