We invite a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong proficiency in Python and desire to work with AI and ML technologies to join our team. You'll be a major contributor to a brand-new, greenfield initiative, helping design and build an automated, tech agnostic AI powered tool aimed to improve and maintain code coverage across diverse codebases which will result in overall company project's quality improvement.

Is that you?

  • 5+ years of Python development experience, with a focus on building backend tools and automation systems
  • Knowledge of software testing concepts and unit testing best practices
  • Cross-language testing expertise with unit testing frameworks across Java/JavaScript/.NET/Python ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflows
  • Proficiency with Git, version control, and repository integration
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

  • Experience developing with Java, JavaScript, and .NET
  • Familiarity with LLM application frameworks like LangChain
  • Practical experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and APIs
  • Skills in code generation, analysis, and indexing techniques

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll help design, build, and maintain a technology-agnostic AI tool that integrates with diverse codebases to automatically generate unit tests and boost overall test coverage.

  • Design and develop new features for an AI-driven tool that automates unit test generation across multiple languages and environments (Java, .NET, Python)
  • Integrate the tool with existing code repositories and diverse technology stacks
  • Contribute to planning, development, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, test coverage, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and priorities
