The Work You'll Do:

As a SAP ABAP Developer you will develop products using methodologies and process to ensure the quality of products, tools, and services developed by Sovos. Most importantly, you will use SOVOS best practices, insurance and performance code. They will serve as an important member of a larger team

More specifically, you will:

• Build a collaborative partnership within your Scrum Team while being a technical advisor to the Product Manager
• Participate in the development, testing and deployment of software applications and solutions
• Champion a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth throughout the department
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality
• Use your analytical and problem-solving skills for programming and user interface design
• Integrate technology, process, test and business practices
• Follow and improve the team's Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs within your application of expertise
• Author or contribute to technical design documentation, release notes, and bug fix documentation
• Perform and design testing protocols to ensure that the product is fully tested

What We Need From You

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP
• Architect / Solution Design
• Development Product
• Performance Improvement
• S4 HANA/ECC, MM, SD and FI
• Specification and documentation
• REST integration
• Intermediate English
• Preferentially you should also have knowledge in:
• Business Technology Platform
• SAP S/4HANA Extensibility
• ABAP Cloud
• RAP/CAP
• Experience Clean Core
• Experience in Agile / SCRUM methodology
• SAP Fiori, UI5 and CDS View
