Job Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Accounting Analyst
to join our Finance team in Brazil. This role is responsible for supporting key accounting routines such as monthly closings, reconciliations, statutory obligations, and audit processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Brazilian accounting standards (BRGAAP), working knowledge of IFRS (CPCs), and hands-on experience in financial operations within dynamic, fast-paced environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with local regulations, and continuous improvement of internal processes.

We're looking for someone with:
Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in multinational companies or Big Four.
• Solid knowledge of BRGAAP and working knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong experience in monthly closings, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in MSD365
• Previous experience in the betting or gaming industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing routines.
• Perform account reconciliations (assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses).
• Ensure proper classification of transactions and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/CPC).
• Support the preparation and submission of local statutory obligations
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and clarification.
• Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and continuous improvements in accounting processes.
