Human Resources Analyst (Brazil)

Belo Horizonte, MG | Hybrid Work | Full-time

Fraser Alexander LATAM
is looking for an
HR Analyst
to support our Brazil team across staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and organisational development—helping build a culture of excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Run end-to-end recruitment (staff & project roles), create Job Profiles (EN/PT), engage with internal clients, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and lead
    behavioural event interviews
    with reporting.
  • Onboarding:
    Coordinate induction logistics and new-hire communications.
  • Training & OD:
    Support training roll-outs and OD initiatives; help drive engagement and performance culture.
  • Data & Compliance:
    Analyse HR data (attraction, motivation, turnover, compliance); ensure
    data privacy
    best practices; keep audit documentation up to date.
  • Content & Processes:
    Maintain online HR content, update interfaces, and document processes/policies.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology
    ,
    Human Resource Administration
    , or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years
    in HR (Generalist/Analyst/Assistant or similar), supporting multiple HR subsystems.
  • 2+ years
    supporting talent attraction processes.
  • Experience in
    Mining/Energy/Industrial
    (or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience in
    multinationals
    and with
    ATS
    is a plus.
  • Advanced English
    ; strong
    Microsoft Office
    skills.
  • Proven capability in
    competency-based interviews
    and
    Job Profile
    creation.
