Propósito

Atuar como focal point de Finanças e Controladoria da Fábrica, devendo acompanhar e garantir a entrega do fechamento contábil mensal e anual dentro do prazo de report, de acordo com as normas brasileiras e internacionais do Grupo Chiesi, além de garantir a elaboração e acompanhamento dos processos orçamentários de custos, despesas e Capex.

Principais responsabilidades
  • Garantir o controle anual de custos com base no STD Cost Calculation;
  • Suportar a execução do plano de finanças, gerindo e coordenando os exercícios de Budget, Forecast e Planejamento da Fábrica;
  • Liderar e suportar as áreas na construção e submissão do budget para as áreas corporativas e principais stakeholders;Prover dados analíticos, apresentações e relatórios dos principais KPI´s de performance e financeiros, assim, como direcionamentos e recomendações de ação para as áreas de negócio ao longo do ano e em determinados períodos; tais como:  COG´s; Absorption Variance Analysis; Plant Expenses & Investments, etc.;
  • Quando necessário, prover análises e avaliações econômicas para futuros investimentos e projetos;
  • Suportar gestor na análise das variações de contas de resultado (mês/YTD);
  • Atendimento à auditoria externa e questionamentos à matriz.
Experiência requerida

Experiência em Indústria.

Educação

Formação superior completa em área de Administração/Contabilidade ou afins.

Línguas

Inglês Avançado/Fluente - reporte direto para Itália 

Habilidades Técnicas
  • Conhecimento no sistema SAP (FI/CO)
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office, MS Excel avançado;
  • Conhecimento MM;
  • Conhecimento de impostos retidos (ISS, INSS, IRRF, PIS/COFINS) e de impostos diretos e indiretos.
