We are looking for a Wireless Specialist with solid experience in mobile networks, responsible for commissioning, integration, and validation of Controllers (BSC/RNC), as well as operation and management of OSS platforms and support for field activities related to telecommunications sites.

This professional will work directly throughout the deployment, expansion, and optimization cycle of the network, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance with the client's technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • (Must-have).
    Perform commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of 2G/3G/4G/5G, Controllers (BSC/RNC) and OSS.
  • Execute configuration, expansion, and technical audit activities on OSS platforms.
  • Support and accompany field activities related to the activation of new sites, swaps, migrations, and network expansions.
  • Ensure correct implementation of parameters, scripts, and integration routines.
  • Monitor network KPIs and alarms, identifying and proactively resolving faults.
  • Prepare technical reports, action plans, and network documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with planning, O&M, and optimization teams to ensure network performance and stability.
  • Provide technical support during maintenance windows and critical activation processes including SWAPs.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience with BSC and/or RNC Controllers (any vendor: ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
  • Knowledge of OSS and network management tools.
  • Strong understanding of commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting processes for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
  • Solid knowledge of RF, parameters, handovers, features, and network architecture.
  • Ability to interpret logs, KPIs, and performance reports.
  • Experience with integration scripts (MML, CLI, or equivalent).
  • Desirable experience with O&M interfaces and network databases.
  • Knowledge of field processes: Survey, Swap, and site activation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications or training related to mobile networks will be considered an advantage.
