Modalidade: Presencial

Atuar no Departamento Fiscal, apoiando processos relacionados à escrituração fiscal, emissão de notas e cumprimento de obrigações tributárias. A posição oferece oportunidade de aprendizado prático em um ambiente dinâmico, com participação em projetos de melhoria contínua.

• Emissão e escrituração de Notas Fiscais das operações não comerciais

• Emissão de Notas Fiscais dos processos de importação

• Contribuir para o cumprimento de obrigações fiscais, incluindo a preparação de declarações e relatórios para fins fiscais
• Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de ideias para resolução da causa raiz e monitoramento das deficiências inerentes ao processo, utilizando metodologias Lean Office
• Participar do desenvolvimento de projetos de melhoria nos processos do departamento, visando automatização e otimização de recursos
• Prestar suporte administrativo geral ao departamento financeiro e contábil/fiscal conforme necessário

• Estar cursando graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas (a partir do 3º período)

• Conhecimentos em Excel, e ferramentas Microsoft.

• Boa comunicação, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

• Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico

• Organização e gestão de tempo

• Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe
• Interesse em aprender sobre legislação fiscal e processos de melhoria contínua
• Comprometimento e responsabilidade com prazos e entregas
• Discrição e ética no tratamento de informações confidenciais
• Inglês em nível intermediário (desejável)

O estagiário terá a chance de participar de projetos voltados à melhoria contínua, aplicando metodologias Lean Office para otimização de processos. Além disso, terá contato direto com operações de importação, emissão de notas fiscais e práticas de compliance fiscal, adquirindo experiência prática em rotinas que agregam valor ao desenvolvimento profissional e ampliam a visão estratégica da área tributária.
