Quality Analyst, intermediate

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Quality Analyst, intermediate to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• Execute and monitor the initiation, monitoring, and closure phases of projects, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
• Conduct audits of engineering deliverables, verifying conformity with standards, norms, and procedures.
• Lead internal audits and support/participate in external audits.
• Apply customer expectation and satisfaction surveys, consolidate results, and propose improvement actions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators within projects.
• Prepare, implement, and track quality plans and documentation in accordance with internal standards and guidelines.
• Track and update records of nonconformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, improvement opportunities, and project risks.
• Plan and conduct trainings and awareness initiatives to disseminate and ensure proper application of procedures by the teams.
• Prepare, review, and manage QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality plans).
• Perform other activities related to the Quality Management System as needed.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in quality-related roles, with familiarity in project routines within Engineering companies.
• Knowledge of Quality Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical profile.

• Proficient English Level.
